We want to grow from within! Therefore, we are looking to train a construction student with the skills to become an excellent Construction Superintendent. The individual will start as a Carpenter to increase building aptitude and experience on construction sites. With this trade experience, the individual will be given increased responsibility as a foreman and would take on responsibilities including layout, material procurement and leading small projects. Finally, as a Project Superintendent, they will proactively organize, lead and monitor construction site to ensure safety, schedule and quality objectives are met. Additionally, the Superintendent will develop trusting relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors and building officials.
